The Wishing Tree

The story is based on a folktale from India about a magical tree in the forests that grants wishes to the local villagers. But as they say, “Be careful what you ask for,” because soon the villagers became greedy with their wishes that caused serious problems. The story is one of overcoming human selfishness where forgiveness ultimately creates a pathway to a happy end.
