The Coming “Golden Age”

When we begin to walk on “The Noble Path” we shall rediscover our “Spirituality” in a new light which will grow eventually into becoming our “Enlightenment.”

And by doing so, we shall spark other enlightened souls from all over the world to where we will all come together to create “The Golden Age.”

It will be an age where “Truth,” “Knowledge,” and “Wisdom” will rule the day once again.

We will also have greater “Self-Respect” for ourselves from our “Character Building” experiences. These experiences came about through the many challenges over the years that we survived because of the strength we had from our “Ethical Codes” and the time honored “Proverbs” of humanity.

We will find that “Life” has greater meaning through the fulfillment of “Love” and “Happiness.” And our “Hope” and “Dreams” for a lasting “Peace” shall come at last as we live as one with “Nature.”
   
Our “Compassion” and “Kindness” will give us “Courage” to open our hearts with “Forgiveness” to ourselves and others who have suffered and survived through the “Addiction to Healing” process.

A great “Change” will come over us from understanding the “Mystery” of “God” on a deeper level be it through “Religion” or not. For all the people of the world will now feel their unity with mutually respect and love for one another.

And when it's time to leave this world, we shall go through the doorway of “Death,” which will become our birthday back in our original home... that was in “Heaven."

The End of “The Iron Age”

In the Vedas the ancient scriptures of India, they saw time as cyclical with four “Grand Time Cycles” with each cycle lasting thousands of years. These time cycles correlated to our yearly cycle of the “4 Seasons.”

"The Bronze Age” - “The Autumn of Time”
“The Iron Age” - “The Winter of Time” 

We currently live in “The Iron Age” which is known for its “Conflict and Immorality” with a focus on “Materialism.” It is a time period of battles between “Good vs. Evil” through many “Wars” where the forces of darkness often win.

“Maya/Illusion” - “Maya” in Sanskrit means “Illusion.” According to Hindu and Buddhist philosophies, our world in “The Iron Age” is not as real as it appears to be and has an “Illusionary Nature” to it that’s like a dream. “The Dream” or the illusion concept of our reality was updated in recent times in the movie, “The Matrix.” It has also been discussed in scientific circles as well where the world is portrayed as being a “Computer Simulation.” 

According to scholars, this time cycle we’re living in is almost over which will then be preceded by “The Golden Age.”

GRAND TIME CYCLES

In the Vedas, the ancient scriptures of India, they saw time as cyclical with four “Grand Time Cycles” with each cycle lasting thousands of years. There’s a slow decline in morality and spirituality from one time cycle to the next. The first of the time cycles is the “Golden Age” that represents the age of “Truth and Virtue,” while the last time cycle is the “Iron Age” which is one that is characterized by “Darkness and Materialism.”

These time cycles also correlate to our yearly cycle of the “4 Seasons.”

“In the Kali-Yuga Age, Earth will be valued only for her mineral treasures. Money alone will confer nobility. Power will be the sole definition of virtue. Pleasure will be the only reason for marriage. Lust will be the only reason for womanhood. Falsehood will win out in disputes. Praise worthiness will be measured by accumulated wealth. Impropriety will be considered good conduct, and only feebleness will be the reason for unemployment. Boldness and arrogance will be equivalent to scholarship. Only those without wealth will show honesty. Abduction will be marriage. Simply to be well dressed will signify propriety. The pretense of greatness will be the proof of it, and powerful men with many severe faults will rule over all the classes on earth. 

All kings occupying the earth in the Kali Age will be wanting in tranquillity, strong in anger, taking pleasure at all times in lying and dishonesty, inflicting death on women, children, and cows, prone to take the paltry possessions of others, with character that is mostly of lethargy, darkness, and ignorance, rising to power and soon falling. They will be short-lived, ambitious, of little virtue, and greedy. People will follow the customs of others and be adulterated with them; peculiar, undisciplined barbarians will be vigorously supported by rulers. Because they go on living with perversion, they will be ruined.

And Dharma Divine Law becomes very weak in the Kali age, and people commit sin in mind, speech, and actions... Quarrels, plague, fatal diseases, famines, drought, and calamities appear. Testimonies and proofs have no certainty. There is no criterion left when the Kali age settles down. People become poorer in vigor and luster. They are wicked, full of anger, sinful, false, and avaricious. There will be many false religionists, calamities, short lives, and various diseases. Everyone will be miserable owing to the dominance of vice, darkness, passivity and inertia; people will freely commit abortion. Bad ambitions, bad education, bad dealings, and bad earnings excite fear. The whole batch becomes greedy and untruthful. Uneducated will become kings, and many heretics will be seen.

Oppressed by their excessively greedy rulers, people will hide in valleys between mountains, where they will gather honey, vegetables, roots, fruits, birds, flowers and so forth. a Cherokee Folktale

A Cherokee Elder told his grandson, “My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego. The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy and truth.”

The boy thought about it for a moment and then asked, “Grandfather, which wolf wins?”

His grandfather quietly replied, “The one you feed.”
